What is your favorite color or colors? Green and blue
Favorite book and if you like tell us why? Miss Buncle’s Book, Miss Buncle Married. They are “comfort” books for me, taking me away for a while. I love the characters and the simplicity of Miss Buncle’s outlook. Another favorite is Winter Solstice by Rosamund Pilcher. It’s another “comfort” book. Each character has some trouble they’re dealing with, they’re all a little fragile, but they come together and make a wonderful Christmas.
What is your favorite food? Pizza, pasta, and popcorn. Fondue is a favorite, too.
Coffee or Tea? Tea, especially Stewart’s strawberry tea.
T.V. program? M*A*S*H and Seinfeld, which we watch on DVD.
Favorite Bible verse? Psalm 16:5 “You, Lord, are all I have, and you give me all I need. My future is in your hands.”
Favorite sound? Right now, quiet!
Favorite word? Rhododendron, which I mispronounced for years.
Favorite movie or movies? Arsenic and Old Lace
We know God exist so what do you want God to say when he opens the pearly gates “Welcome home!” with a big hug!

Favorite book and if you like tell us why? Mulberry Square. I like the way the author chooses her words… wonderful descriptions with lots of flowers (I like flowers) and our protagonist values simple things and people rich or poor, educated or not… a place “where every one is friendly and has a wonderful time”
What is your favorite food? What ever I have not had in a while … or something I have never had.
Coffee or Tea? Mostly coffee but I like tea too!
T.V. program? I don’t get to watch too much so when I do it is reruns of Cosby show and things like that … I do like that show on TBS that is filmed in Chicago? The sports writer… can’t remember the name.
Favorite Bible verse? Isaiah 41:10 “Do not fear for I am with you…”
Favorite sound? Oliver, Arlo and Greta giggling
Favorite word? I don’t have one … but I like words…a thesaurus is fun way to kill time
Favorite movie or movies? Out of Africa & It’s a wonderful life
We know God exist so what do you want God to say when he opens the pearly gates…"Come on in the party has started and Jesus has already made the wine!”

The Library
How is the library doing? I see that there are some books that have been added! Has any one taken any out? A good book is a good friend… I will try in the upcoming weeks to get a list of what is there to share … feel free to add the books you would like to share!
Time to fellowship
Have you stopped by and had fellowship between the services and we are encouraging people who are not already participating in Sunday school or another activity to stick around and visit. I really enjoy this time and talking amongst friends. It is the same feeling I get sitting around a campfire and singing songs eating marshmallows and adding more sticks to the flame! Come fellowship with us and warm your hands and hearts with friends!
B4 U say no and ROFL
You know I have been text messaging my husband because (he doesn’t like to talk on the phone when he is on the train on his way home). I quite easily fell into the habit of using the letter “C” rather than writing see and “4” rather than writing for and a host of other shortcuts. Do you think in the year 2020 we will have this alphanumeric written language that Webster’s dictionary will make radical changes? Can you imagine a time when a business letter might use these shortcuts too… It is almost funny to consider.
BTW, B4 U say no and ROFL ask your kids what they think.

What a nice welcome home!
Thank you for the warm welcome back! We have been gone too long. The church looks amazing! The new kitchen is so beautiful! It was so nice to see every one.
